What you'll do

In this position, you will interact with external suppliers and various organizations within the Customer General Directorate, especially with business development and customer experience areas, as well as other areas within the Technical Directorate itself.

  • Define, maintain, and version the design standard, including guides and manuals.
  • Translate business needs into standardized "ready-to-design" briefs and manage their prioritization in a single channel.
  • Validate and decide on designs within the standard
  • Manage and govern external retail design suppliers, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and alignment with the standard.
  • Ensure ready-to-build: technical documentation, closed scope, and quality criteria.
  • Perform experiential and brand quality control during implementation, managing evidence, non-conformities, and the closing of finishing touches.
