The role

We are looking for an HR Generalist Technician (Talent & Development) to join an international group. The selected person will participate in strategic talent development, selection, and organizational transformation projects, working in an international environment with wide opportunities for growth.

Reside in the surroundings of La Pobla de Vallbona.
Fluent level of English and intermediate level of Italian.

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate performance evaluation processes.
Design and monitor professional development and career plans.
Participate in competency-based management and organizational development projects.
Participate in workplace climate, corporate culture, and employer branding initiatives.
Manage recruitment and selection processes from start to finish.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate processes with managers.
Support the definition of profiles and talent attraction strategies.
Collaborate on onboarding programs and the integration of new hires.
Participate in international projects and the implementation of new HR policies.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist positions.
Experience in talent selection and development.
Previous participation in corporate Human Resources projects.
Fluent Italian is essential.
High level of English is very valuable.
Communication, influence, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, collaborative profile with the ability to adapt to growing environments.
