Executive Chef Assistant

We are looking to hire an Executive Sous Chef to provide administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef team.

The selected person will be key to ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the Kitchen department, facilitating communication with other areas of the company, keeping documentation up to date, and monitoring different internal processes.

• Administrative management: preparation and updating of reports, documents, presentations, records, lists, and department files.
• Organization and coordination: management of agendas, meetings, internal communications, and follow-up on pending tasks and requests.
• Food quality and safety: support in the preparation of audits, updating records, gathering documentation, and monitoring incidents and improvement actions.
• Personnel management: support in selection and onboarding processes, administrative control of schedules, clock-ins, vacations, absences, and team documentation.
• Interdepartmental coordination: communication and collaboration with Human Resources, Quality, Occupational Risk Prevention, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
• Continuous improvement: proposing improvements in administrative processes, filing systems, and department monitoring tools.
