Requirements

What we're looking for

Hospitality Training: Technician in Catering, FPI or FPII Hospitality and Tourism, Intermediate or Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle.
Languages: Medium/high level of English (understanding and dialogue). Other languages desirable: German and French.
Experience: Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in hotels or restaurants of equal category.
IT skills: Good handling of POS. Knowledge of the Office suite.

Nice to have

Other desirable knowledge: Mixology/enology.

What you'll do

Customer service during service, following the establishment's quality standards.
Preparation and organization of the beverage service (mise en place) and control of its correct preservation.
Management of reservations, taking orders, and advising on wines, beverages, menus, and pairings.
Service of beverages and collaboration with the various points of sale.
Communication of incidents and support for the team's development in beverage knowledge.
Control of orders and inventory, maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area.
Compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
