• In coordination with the decoration manager, they will create, perform, and maintain the decorative elements of the hotel's noble areas, rooms, and events.
• In the absence of the decoration manager, they will propose and guarantee the floral and ambient decoration for various events in cooperation with other departments.
• Create, perform, and deliver special amenities (VIP, honeymoons, customer requests, etc.).
• Guarantee the order, cleanliness, and condition of the materials and the warehouse.
• In the absence of the department head, maintain contact with suppliers of flowers, plants, and decorative elements.
• Maintain the stock of fresh flowers necessary to fulfill tasks.
• Perform administrative tasks (placing orders, reports, emails, reviewing invoices and orders)
• Keep the cost sheet for the different decorative compositions updated.
• Attend to customer complaints and suggestions and refer them to their superior in the event that they cannot be resolved.
• Report and note in the work report any deficiencies observed in the maintenance of rooms, lounges, etc.
• Comply with company regulations regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention, and collaborate with the hotel in their implementation and improvement.
