• Clean, tidy, and ventilate common areas following what is established in the standards, procedures, and manuals.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, buff, and generally clean all types of surfaces.
• Base their daily work on service standards.
• Replenish the specified amenities and stationery material.
• Report and note in the work report any deficiencies observed in the maintenance of the hotel's common areas
• Attend to customer complaints and suggestions and refer them to their supervisor in the event that they cannot be resolved.
• Comply with existing regulations regarding quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and LOPD (Data Protection Law) within the company and collaborate with the hotel in their compliance and continuous improvement.
