What you'll do
- Ensure that deliveries meet non-functional requirements (performance, capacity, scalability, and stability).
- Analyze deliveries during the Demand phase to determine the need for performance testing.
- Apply scoring criteria and evaluation of criticality, volume, and technical impact.
- Define and supervise the non-functional requirements (NFR) compliance process.
- Collect, review, and validate business and technology NFRs.
- Ensure that requirements are documented in the project deliverables.
- Review acceptance criteria related to performance, capacity, and user experience.
- Define the performance testing strategy.
- Coordinate with Performance Testing, Release Management, and Technology Services teams.
- Approve the result of the NFT test execution based on the defined NFR requirements as a necessary pass for the PaP.
- Identify capacity and performance risks.
- Escalate exceptions and deviations from the established plan.
- Monitor projects with performance incidents or pending tests.
- Evaluate the effort required for NFT Assurance activities.
