We are currently looking for our future Business Growth Director for Sole Traders for the Granollers, OP offices.

Your mission will be to comprehensively manage the assigned client portfolio, mainly composed of Micro-enterprise, Business, and Sole Trader Clients, contributing to the bank's profitability through the satisfaction of each client's needs and the acquisition of high-value clients, in order to become the primary Bank.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

- You will plan and execute your commercial activity to ensure the knowledge and development of your client portfolio, detecting business opportunities, to meet acquisition objectives and obtain the expected profitability.

- You will actively participate in the Transformation of the office, promoting the use of the digital capabilities deployed both in your daily activity with your clients and in your scope of action.

- You will look after the Customer Experience, guaranteeing maximum satisfaction, exceeding quality levels in service delivery and offering positive and differentiating experiences, generating relationships of trust, being a benchmark in transparency, comfort, and convenience for the customer in your scope of action.

- You will proactively generate quality contacts with clients or potential clients to materialize the detected business opportunities, reporting relevant commercial information and commitments acquired.

- You will apply, within your powers and in accordance with the guidelines of the Commercial Banking Unit Management, the pricing policy to asset operations and services for the Clients in your portfolio.

- You will analyze and report to the Office Director on the market response to the commercial and pricing policy of our product and service offering.

- You will analyze the risk proposals of your portfolio and present them to the Risk Analyst, if necessary, for authorization in accordance with the current Risk Model, and escalate to higher levels those that exceed your level of autonomy.

- You will perform the monitoring of overdrafts and incidents in the assigned client portfolio.

- You will promote the use of and refer Clients to digital channels based on their profile and propensity for day-to-day operations.
