Provide support to the Quality and Food Safety department in the control of raw materials, processes, and final product, learning practically in a dynamic and growing environment.

• Operational support to the Quality and Food Safety area.

• Control of raw material reception.

• Control of moisture and basic characteristics of nuts, dried fruits, and candied fruits.

• Management of samples and counter-samples.

• Support in water, cleaning, hygiene, and GMP controls.

• Control of finished product.

• Prior review of factory labels.

• Documentary organization of the Quality system.

• Support in supplier and new product approval.

• Collection of evidence regarding factory and store incidents.

• Support in continuous improvement and data management.
