Then you're in luck, because at SABSEG we are looking for a Training and Artificial Intelligence Intern to join the People & ESG team, providing support to the Training area and taking part in a project to transform our training content. 🚀

You will be part of the People & ESG team, working directly with the Training area and taking part in one of our learning innovation and digitalization projects.

In our sector, training and continuous knowledge updates are essential. That is why we are working on new ways to bring knowledge to the entire organization in a more agile, attractive, digital, and accessible way.

One of your main challenges will be helping us transform internal content and training into audiovisual resources using Artificial Intelligence tools, exploring new ways to create learning experiences that can reach all our teams.

In addition, you will take part in the day-to-day activities of the Training area, gaining an overall view of how training is designed, organized, and managed within a fast-growing company.

Among your responsibilities will be:

• Support in creating and transforming training content into videos using Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Exploring and using AI tools applied to generating video, voice, avatars, presentations, and other learning resources.

• Adapting technical content into more visual, dynamic, and accessible training formats.

• Support in developing scripts, materials, and resources for the different training activities.

• Collaboration in organizing, planning, and monitoring internal training sessions.

• Support in managing and updating training content and materials.

• Participation in researching and analyzing new tools and trends related to AI, digital training, and new learning methodologies.

• Collaboration with different areas and professionals in the organization to gather and transform internal knowledge into training content.

• General support across the different projects and initiatives of the Training area.
