The role
What you'll do
Your mission will be to respond to claims and complaints received in the Companies in accordance with the Processes and Procedures established for this purpose, according to the defined quality standards and deadlines.
And also...
💙 You will perform the registration of the non-conformity / complaint / claim in the defined system.
💙 You will record the main actions taken in relation to the claim received, in such a way that it captures the traceability of the claim process.
💙 You will perform the verification, in the claim record, of the different fields to be taken into account or completed: Product, entry channel, Supplier, etc.
💙 You will make telephone contacts with the customer when it is necessary to expand information or request additional documentation.
💙 You will prepare in writing the response that the Company will give to the customer in relation to the claim filed, following the quality standards established in the procedure.
💙 You will control that the response to the customer adjusts to the deadlines marked within the procedure and current legal regulations.
