We are growing and looking for people with ambition and passion to join our exclusive financial agent channel. Right now, we are expanding our team and need Financial Agents!

• Represent Santalucía commercially in your area of responsibility, managing the client portfolio.
• Develop new opportunities, identifying and attracting new clients interested in savings and investment solutions.
• Analyze each client's financial needs and propose personalized solutions through consultative selling to boost the uptake of financial products.
• Explain investment options, returns, and risks clearly and effectively.
• Stay up to date on financial market trends and industry regulations.

• Individuals who are persistent and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and managing investment products, preferably in investment agencies, banking, or the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and of savings, investment, and wealth management products.
• Communication skills and the ability to influence others to build strong relationships.
• Organized, methodical individuals with a collaborative approach to working towards goals.

• Representar comercialmente a Santalucía en tu área de responsabilidad, gestionando la cartera de clientes.
• Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades, identificando y captando nuevos clientes interesados en soluciones de ahorro e inversión
• Analizar las necesidades financieras de cada cliente y proponer soluciones personalizadas a través de la venta consultiva para potenciar la contratación de productos financieros.
• Explicar de manera clara y efectiva las opciones de inversión, rentabilidad y riesgo.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de los mercados financieros y regulaciones del sector.

• Personas constantes y con una experiencia mínima de 3 años en la comercialización y gestión de productos de inversión, preferiblemente en agencias de inversión, banca o sector asegurador.
• Conocimiento del sector financiero y de productos de ahorro, inversión y gestión patrimonial.
• Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de influencia para construir relaciones sólidas.
• Personas organizadas, metódicas y con un enfoque colaborativo para trabajar por objetivos.
