About the role

Lead the technical strategy of the Digital Wealth Channel by defining risk appetite, target segmentation, and channel-specific underwriting rules, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth aligned with the global technical policy of the line of business. Will be part of the Wealth Technical Team, ensuring consistency with the rest of the line of business and acting as the technical reference for the digital business with Product, Digital Marketing, Data, and Management Control.

What you'll do

  • Define and update the target footprint of the digital channel and priority segments.
  • Establish differentiated risk selection criteria by segment and channel.
  • Define and govern the marginal value framework (minimum LTV, CPA caps by segment).
  • Coordinate discount policies and competitive positioning across aggregators.
  • Oversee technical consistency between new business and renewals.
  • Implement and monitor dynamic underwriting rules.
  • Continuously track technical metrics: loss ratio, drop-off rates, business mix, and profitability by segment.
  • Collaborate with Management Control on financial projections by cohort (VNB, CoR, payback).
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Digital Marketing, Data, and Operations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7-10 years in technical roles within Non-Life insurance (preferably Home).
  • Experience in underwriting and/or technical pricing.
  • Experience in digital environments or aggregators is desirable.
  • Experience working with analytical models applied to the business.

Education & certifications

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  • Postgraduate education in insurance or advanced analytics is valued.
