Supervise the supplier network involved in service delivery, verifying compliance with the guidelines established by the company according to quality standards, with the aim of continuous improvement.

• Verify the level of service provided by suppliers and compliance with the collaboration agreements in place.
• Communicate the collaboration agreements adopted to suppliers and all parties involved in service delivery.
• Maintain the suppliers needed to ensure quality service delivery.
• Identify and report to the manager the need to recruit new suppliers to properly size the network, and submit proposals for new professionals.
• Understand the activities of the position in relation to interaction with the environment. Apply the company's best practices and proper waste segregation.

• Required education: High school diploma or equivalent regulated training for new hires; no formal qualification required for employees with more than two years of company tenure, or equivalent or prior experience providing the relevant knowledge.
• Valuable education: Financial training, insurance training,
• Required work experience: At least 5 years in supplier or client negotiation and acquisition
• Specific business/sector/role knowledge: Service management, client insurance coverage, customer service.
• Computer skills: Advanced Excel and SalesForce, valued
• Travel frequency: Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly and continuously.
• Driving license: Required
• Required skills: Negotiation, results orientation, initiative, and supplier or client acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience.
