You will ensure the application of Health and Safety rules and procedures.
You will analyze the root causes of deviations, taking corrective actions, supported by a continuous improvement mindset.
You will optimize the work and distribution of technical service teams, planning needs (organization of routes, workloads, and training).
You will carry out periodic service reviews to guarantee Customer Satisfaction and compliance with service delivery in a timely and proper manner.
