You will drive operational excellence across supplier management, transportation, warehousing, inventory optimization, service fulfilment and customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for building a high-performance team, ensuring efficient execution, reducing lead times, improving working capital, and delivering measurable business value through continuous improvement initiatives. ⚡ Key Responsibilities • Lead service supply chain across suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders. • Define and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. • Manage supplier performance through KPIs and governance. • Ensure inventory accuracy and stock optimization. • Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives. • Lead S&OP activities. • Mitigate risks and ensure continuity. • Collaborate across Sales, Services, GSC, Procurement and Finance. • Develop talent and foster an inclusive culture. • Champion digitalization and automation.
