Life and Accident Claims Handler

Your mission will be to guarantee rigorous, agile, and human management of Life and Accident claims, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations while offering customers and beneficiaries a clear, close, and high-quality experience during moments that are especially important to them.

• You will comprehensively manage Life and Accident claim files, from their opening to their final resolution.
• You will analyze coverage, exclusions, medical, and contractual documentation to determine the validity of each file.
• You will coordinate the relationship with medical, legal, and financial teams, as well as external providers, to guarantee efficient processing.
• You will accompany customers, beneficiaries, and intermediaries through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
• You will drive operational improvements, control actions, traceability, and fraud prevention measures that contribute to increasingly efficient management.

You will manage files from start to finish: you will have autonomy and visibility over the entire claim lifecycle. You will be able to analyze, decide, and intervene directly in cases with a real impact on customers and beneficiaries.

Your professional judgment will be important: we are not looking for purely administrative management. You will participate in the technical and contractual analysis of each file, providing your knowledge to offer solid resolutions aligned with regulations.

"Will I have contact with customers?" Yes. You will maintain communication with customers, beneficiaries, and intermediaries, especially in sensitive moments. Therefore, the ability to communicate with clarity and closeness is as important as technical knowledge.

"Are there complex cases?" Yes, and that is precisely where this position becomes most enriching. You will manage files related to inheritances, beneficiaries, disability, conflicts between parties, or possible fraud situations, always with the support of internal specialists when necessary.

• You have experience managing Life and Accident claims: If you have already worked for 3 to 5 years in this field, it will be easier for you to analyze coverage, interpret documentation, and provide judgment from day one.
• You feel comfortable working with legal and contractual documentation: Much of the value you will provide will be related to your ability to review policies, reports, and legal documentation with rigor and precision.
• You combine attention to detail with a global vision: Detecting possible incidents, validating information, and ensuring regulatory compliance requires a meticulous eye without losing sight of the full context of each file.
• You know how to manage sensitive conversations professionally: you will have contact with people going through complex situations. Your ability to communicate with empathy and generate trust will be key to offering an excellent experience.
