Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher vocational training cycle or Engineering in the computer science area or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in technological project or service management.
Knowledge of network, communications, and security architectures and technologies.
Experience in managed services and SLA monitoring, with knowledge of availability, performance, monitoring, operation, and support.
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management, especially in incident, problem, change, and continuous improvement processes.
Experience in the economic management of projects or services (revenue, costs, budgets, margins...), as well as in client lifecycle management; knowledge of the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) will be especially valued.
Languages: Intermediate English.
Availability of a driver's license and own vehicle.

The role

As a Connectivity Services Success Manager, you will be part of the Network Security & Connectivity unit at SEIDOR, where we drive the secure digital transformation of organizations, combining more than 25 years of experience in networks, security, and connectivity with a comprehensive vision oriented toward people, data, and innovation.

We design, implement and manage intelligent infrastructures that connect, protect and optimize technology environments, from the workplace and the datacenter to the hybrid or multicloud.

Our team offers end-to-end services covering consulting, design, deployment, operation, and automation of IT networks and security.

What you'll do

Manage a shared portfolio of Connectivity clients and services, performing follow-up throughout the various stages of the lifecycle and applying the LAER methodology.
Monitor service quality, supervising SLAs, contractual commitments, and indicators, and identifying possible deviations.
Maintain periodic and structured communication with clients, monitoring their needs, expectations, and commitments, as well as providing support during the evolution of services and identifying possibilities for improvement.
Perform economic monitoring of the portfolio services, controlling costs, consumption, margins, and possible deviations.
Coordinate with Operations teams and other Delivery areas to monitor incidents, changes, and necessary actions to guarantee service continuity and quality.
Identify operational, economic, or client-related risks, monitoring the necessary actions and escalating those situations that require it.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the management model, preparing reporting and dashboards and participating in initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and process automation.
