Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis, and information monitoring).

Experience with Remedy (indispensable requirement).

As Governance Coordinator for Public Administration, you will be part of our team specialized in offering professional Service Desk services, where we assume responsibility for ISO 20000 certified multi-client support and work under market-standard methodologies, such as ITIL.

Our user service center has established talent management focused on enhancing the well-being and performance of the team.

• • Manage the reception, classification, prioritization, and follow-up of ICT demands.
  • Provide support for the coordination, control, and monitoring of technological projects.
  • Perform the monitoring of milestones, risks, dependencies, and project planning.
  • Collaborate in the strategic and operational governance of the field.
  • Provide support for the economic, financial, and billing monitoring of services and projects.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and monitoring documentation.
  • Coordinate communication with technical teams, users, functional managers, and providers.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and committed objectives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of ICT management and governance processes.
