At Sener, we offer a paid internship, for a minimum of 6 months, in the corporate Compliance department at our workplace in Madrid, Tres Cantos.

This department is responsible for supervising regulatory compliance, on one hand, the external laws, standards, and regulations applicable to the company, and, on the other hand, the internal regulations adopted by the company.

Its main mission is to promote exemplary ethical behavior within the organization and ensure that we have the necessary structure and elements to ensure the correct functioning of our operations and critical processes in the countries where the Sener Group operates. In this way, risks that could lead to sanctions or reputation crises that could endanger the stability of the company are avoided.

What you will do:

Mainly, you will provide support in internal audit and compliance control functions:

• You will collaborate in the review and verification of the various departments of the company to ensure they comply with internal policies and procedures.

• You will provide support for internal audits to check compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• You will analyze internal processes to detect possible non-compliance, errors, or control deficiencies.
