Regulation and Reporting Internship

University Degree in the fields of Accounting and Finance / Business / Administration and Finance or similar.

Must be a graduate, with no more than 36 months having passed since the completion of the requested degree. An exception is established for those awaiting their Final Degree Project (TFG) in the case of University students.

Must not have exceeded work experience related to the described functions for a period of more than 6 months since the completion of the degree.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

English-intermediate level

How will you collaborate with us during your Scholarship?

You will be an active part of the Team and will take part in, among others, the following functions:
• Collection and processing of information for the preparation and submission of monthly reports to official bodies, especially the Ministry for the Ecological Transition.
• Support in gathering information for annual audits and their subsequent reporting.
• Collaboration in compliance with obligations regarding sustainability and minimum safety stocks.
• Monitoring of minimum safety stock leases, control of agreements and proper document management.
• Review and filing of sustainability documentation related to purchases and sales.
• Support in digitalization projects, contributing to the improvement and optimization of internal processes.
