About the role

You will lead the Efficiency Improvement and Digital Transformation strategy within the plant Engineering area, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the intelligent use of data.

  • Advanced knowledge of industrial processes, traceability, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, and 5S methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and design tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Strategic thinking and a global business vision.
