About the role
You will lead the Efficiency Improvement and Digital Transformation strategy within the plant Engineering area, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the intelligent use of data.

- Experience in project management, continuous improvement, digital transformation, production planning, or cross-departmental coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial processes, traceability, and quality control.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, and 5S methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and design tools such as AutoCAD.
- Strategic thinking and a global business vision.
