What we're looking for

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in 4 or 5-star hotels.
Languages: Spanish and English are indispensable (proficiency in other languages will be positively valued).

The role

Come be part of our great work team, in the position of Waiter/Waitress for Sercotel Hotel Group at our Hotel Sercotel Coliseo in Bilbao.

What you'll do

Your main challenges will be:

Provide the different hotel services alongside the rest of the team.
Provide support in the different events held at the hotel: Banquets, congresses, etc.
Prepare and maintain the work area, equipment, and utensils in good condition in order to offer quality service to the customer.
Kitchen support with Mise en place, bread baking, and preparation of hot dishes for breakfast.
Preparation, service, and clearing of breakfast.
Preparation and service of Room Service and Bar service.

How you'll work

Work shifts will be from 6:00-12:00 and occasionally from 17:30-23:30.
