Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance department of a hotel, hospital, or residence.
Minimum vocational training (FP2) in electricity.
Certification in collective water use maintenance and legionella.
Experience in plumbing, electricity, and general building maintenance.
Residency in Valencia or nearby surroundings is essential.
Ability to work as part of a team.

The role

Come be part of our work team, in the position of Maintenance Manager for our new Hotel Sercotel Valencia Centro. Your main challenges will be:

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform periodic inspections of the facilities.
Control the cleanliness and maintenance level of the premises.
Review and repair equipment in the common areas.
Follow up on quality indicators and take the relevant improvement actions.
Perform qualified monitoring of the auxiliary tasks of the facilities.
Keep the maintenance program up to date, ensuring its compliance with the required quality, and in accordance with the budget.
Propose improvements and innovations of equipment and facilities to management.

How you'll work

Start date in February.
Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
