Requirements

What we're looking for

Having a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in hotels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Dynamic person, good appearance, with a desire to learn and high customer orientation.

Nice to have

Valuable Intermediate or Higher Degree in Hospitality or Cooking.

Come and be part of our great team, in the position of Breakfast Waiter/Waitress for Sercotel Hotel Group at our Sercotel Las Torres, where your main functions will be:

What you'll do

Setting up, clearing, and attending to the buffet, as well as occasional lunch and dinner services.
Welcoming hotel guests, advising on the different products available in the restaurant, and taking their various requests.
Preparing and maintaining the work area, equipment, and utensils in good condition to be able to offer quality service to the customer.
Preparation of food costings and inventories, as well as management of orders and suppliers.
