Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector.
Experience in OSS/BSS systems and environments, applied to the management of services, resources, and telecommunications network operations.
Experience in systems integration through APIs and distributed architectures.
Possibility of holding the Personal Security Clearance (HPS) required for the project.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

Knowledge of TM Forum ODA, SID, Open APIs, and ECSS standards and architectures.
Knowledge of systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as DOORS, MBSE, Capella, and UML.
Knowledge of SATCOM, 5G, or NTN communication technologies.
Upper-intermediate English level, especially for reading and understanding technical documentation, given the international nature of the project. It is not required to operate entirely in English.

At SGTech, we are looking to hire a Senior OSS/BSS Systems Engineer to participate in a strategic telecommunications project, developed in collaboration with a world-leading company in its sector, within a specialized and international technological environment.

This is an opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in telecommunications who want to contribute their knowledge to a project of high technical complexity, participating in the definition and integration of OSS/BSS solutions for the management of processes, services, resources, and network operations.

The selected person will have a relevant role in the modeling of catalogs, inventories, service fulfillment processes (fulfillment), service assurance (assurance), and orchestration. Likewise, they will participate in the definition of requirements, processes, and API interfaces, traceability management, and multi-domain integration and validation activities.
