The role

Do you bring experience as an after-sales service technician in an industrial environment? If the answer is yes, keep reading, this opportunity could be for you!

One of our clients is looking to find a match with an Assistance and Commissioning Technician to join the company's production and technical service team. The role consists of performing assembly, testing, maintenance, and technical assistance, both nationally and internationally, ensuring the correct operation of the equipment and the training of the client's personnel.

What you'll do

Perform mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and assembly of elements not manufactured by the company, according to the needs of the production department.
Execute equipment testing and adjustments during FATs and pre-FATs, ensuring correct installation and operation.
Provide training to client personnel or representatives working together during FATs or adjustments.
Cover technical assistance for the commissioning of new equipment, team training, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, both nationally and internationally.
Escalate unresolved incidents following established processes.
Report daily tasks performed in the workshop or in the field through work reports signed by the client, including graphic documentation to support the technical reports.
Manage and take responsibility for the tools provided for the performance of the work, reporting incidents if necessary.
Prepare for each technical assistance, ensuring knowledge of the machine, materials, and functionalities prior to commissioning.
Follow communication protocols, including the acquisition of local SIM cards for assistance abroad, guaranteeing connection with the company and the client.
