REQUIREMENTS

Higher Level Vocational Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention) or a university degree with a Master's/Postgraduate degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (with the three specialties).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention Technician roles in construction projects, preferably in civil, industrial, or infrastructure works.
Practical knowledge of Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
Observational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity in risk identification.
Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in basic office tools.
Commitment to safety culture.

Nice to have

A good level of English is valued.

The role

We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join the safety team of a large technological infrastructure construction project.

Under the supervision of the Safety Manager, the selected candidate will actively support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures on-site. This is an opportunity for professionals committed to prevention, eager to grow and develop in a demanding project environment with high safety standards.

What you'll do

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan.
Perform daily and weekly inspections in work areas to identify risks and ensure compliance with preventive measures.
Verify the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the condition of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
Collaborate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, collecting information and supporting the determination of causes.
Participate in the preparation and updating of health and safety documentation (records, work permits, etc.).
Accompany and support the Safety Manager during external audits and inspections.
Deliver basic safety talks and provide reminders of best practices to workers on-site.
Advise personnel on the application of safety regulations and safe working procedures.
Report to the Safety Manager regarding the state of safety on-site and any detected incidents.
