Requirements

What we're looking for

We need you to hold a university degree, preferably in Engineering.
More than 5 years of experience implementing Lean Continuous Improvement Methodologies in industrial environments and/or as a Manager of Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects in an industrial company with a high degree of Lean Methodology implementation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI tools.
English level B2, and we will also value if you have other languages such as French or German.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

Experience in product development and project management using agile methodologies will be valued, as will previous experience in consulting.
Six Sigma knowledge will be valued.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Lean Consultant for our team located in Madrid

We would like you to be a person accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, a clear focus on results, who enjoys working in a team and has good communication skills.

Our ideal candidate is a technical engineer who will be part of our business line of SGS Productivity by Leansis.

What you'll do

Evaluation and improvement of processes, implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different areas of the company and at client sites.
Development of projects, definition of plans to be implemented and management of their consolidation.
Driving business growth and seeking new opportunities.
Performing value stream analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.
Delivering training to client teams on LEAN methodologies.
