About the role

Your mission within our Customer Service unit, you will be responsible for the maintenance of railway signalling installations, helping systems operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

What you'll do

You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on signalling systems such as WESTRACE MKI/II, FS2550, ATP/ATO (onboard and trackside) and CTC.

You will provide technical support to customers to ensure the reliability of installations and their correct operation.

You will actively participate in the planning and execution of maintenance plans.

You will analyse technical incidents and drive solutions that optimise system performance.

You will prepare technical reports for customers and manage the documentation associated with the work carried out.

Nice to have

Knowledge of railway signalling environments, such as ERTMS or axle counters.

Experience or knowledge of communications networks, serial communications or Linux environments.
