Railway Signalling Maintenance Technician

Your mission within our Customer Service unit, you will be responsible for the maintenance of railway signalling installations, helping systems operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on signalling systems such as WESTRACE MKI/II, FS2550, ATP/ATO (onboard and trackside) and CTC.

You will provide technical support to customers to ensure the reliability of installations and their correct operation.

You will actively participate in the planning and execution of maintenance plans.

You will analyse technical incidents and drive solutions that optimise system performance.

You will prepare technical reports for customers and manage the documentation associated with the work carried out.

Knowledge of railway signalling environments, such as ERTMS or axle counters.

Experience or knowledge of communications networks, serial communications or Linux environments.

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics or an equivalent technical speciality.

Valid B driving license.

Availability to meet the operational needs of the service.

Problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude and customer orientation.

Rigour and attention to detail in incident analysis and document management.

Availability to work rotating shifts (not always, but there is a possibility that this may be the case).

Tu misión dentro de nuestra unidad de Customer Service, te encargarás del mantenimiento de instalaciones de señalización ferroviaria, contribuyendo a que los sistemas funcionen de forma segura, fiable y eficiente.

Realizarás tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de señalización como WESTRACE MKI/II, FS2550, ATP/ATO (embarcado y de vía) y CTC.

Darás soporte técnico a clientes para garantizar la fiabilidad de las instalaciones y su correcto funcionamiento.

Participarás activamente en la planificación y ejecución de los planes de mantenimiento.

Analizarás incidencias técnicas e impulsarás soluciones que permitan optimizar el rendimiento de los sistemas.

Elaborarás informes técnicos para clientes y gestionarás la documentación asociada a las actuaciones realizadas.

Conocimientos de entornos de señalización ferroviaria, como ERTMS o contadores de ejes.

Experiencia o conocimientos en redes de comunicaciones, comunicaciones serie o entornos Linux.
