The role

You will be a key piece in managing the purchasing process and in ensuring an efficient distribution of costs among our branches, working side by side with Branch Managers throughout Spain. What you'll do

Invoice management You will supervise the complete billing cycle, ensuring that all information is correct before its submission and guaranteeing impeccable accounting of expenses
Technology inventory control You will track the company's mobile phone fleet, coordinating its maintenance, replacement, and repair when necessary
Supplier negotiation You will be responsible for obtaining the best possible commercial conditions, maximizing the value of every euro invested
Data maintenance You will guarantee the accuracy and updating of information in our management systems
Confidential management You will handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Branch network support You will be the point of reference for Branch Managers in everything related to administration and purchasing
