With the aim of expanding our Customer Service – Inside Sales team, we are looking for a VIP Customer Service Agent for our SIXT Spain corporate offices at HQ Alcobendas - Madrid

What you'll do

You will attend to B2B customers (agencies, replacements, corporates…) via telephone and email to offer premium service in the management of their accounts, rates, commissions, products, services, and reservations
You will provide internal support and assist other departments within the sales and operations area
You will manage the after-sales service for corporate client and agency inquiries
You will offer support in the management of reservations and contract extensions for corporate and replacement clients
You will build loyalty with B2B customers throughout the entire sales cycle (pre and post-sales)
