What you'll do

Customer Experience You will create the best rental experience for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any doubts or matters related to the vehicle
Vehicle Management You will be responsible for moving and delivering cars to our customers, ensuring that each vehicle is in the right place and in perfect condition
Inspection and Recording You will perform vehicle inspections, checking the bodywork, interior, and accessories You will check fuel levels and mileage, recording any new damage and taking photos or videos as proof
Parking Organization You will be in charge of organizing the cars in the parking lot, ensuring an efficient flow and vehicle availability
Operational Support You will support back-office operational tasks, including updating vehicle status in the Sixt database and processing additional charges
Internal Coordination You will notify the cleaning and maintenance team to prepare cars for the next rental and report any damage in the system
