The role

Are you passionate about the automotive sector and customer service? At SIXT, we are looking for an Agent Damage to be in charge of reviewing damage files generated in our various branches nationwide. Your goal will be to collect all the necessary information to manage claims for compensation regarding repair costs, roadside assistance, or loss, among others. This role is essential to ensure that our claims processes are efficient and effective, thus contributing to our customers' satisfaction and the company's success.

What you'll do

Review of the damage coverage contracted by the customer and verification of the damage reports or signed return protocols
Establish initial contact with customers requesting clarifications regarding the circumstances of the incident
Collect the damage assessment through expert reports or repair invoices
Sending claim emails requesting compensation from customers and insurance companies
Process requests and responses from customers, both external and internal, via email and telephone
Follow-up on cases and deadlines to collect the requested information and send reminders if necessary
