The role

With the creation of a new area that will centralize our fleet repair service at a European level, we are looking for administrative profiles to coordinate repair requests from the different countries within the group.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Coordination of Requests You will be responsible for managing and coordinating fleet repair requests coming from various regions
Multicultural Communication You will work with teams from different countries, ensuring that information flows effectively
Attention to Detail You will perform administrative tasks with a high level of precision, guaranteeing the correct management of processes
Problem Solving You must address and resolve any incidents that arise during the repair process
Internal Collaboration You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that all requirements are met

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Languages Very high or native proficiency in English and French, Dutch is a plus
Administrative Experience Previous experience in administrative roles, with special attention to detail
Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
Interest in Automotive A strong desire to develop yourself within the automotive industry and contribute to the company's growth
Proactive Attitude Ability to anticipate problems and act independently in decision-making
