You will be a key piece in the growth and development of our Orange Team in Spain, working to design training experiences that make a difference

What you'll do

You will plan training and development programs together with the Learning & Development team, tailored to the real needs of the business
You will evaluate and monitor team performance in coordination with your Manager and the Operations area
You will implement improvements to existing training plans and introduce new tools and innovative methodologies
You will collaborate with Operations managers to align the training strategy with the objectives of each area
You will deliver online and in-person training focused on onboarding and professional development at various locations across Spain
