The Chef de Partie selected for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 2 years of experience in a busy high-profile kitchen and a natural instinct for first-class service. You will be reliable, kind and delighted to be part of the team striving for success.

As a Chef de Partie at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, your role will be to ensure that our members always enjoy an incredible culinary experience. We will give you a platform to collaborate with simplicity, kindness and passion.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we offer to our members and guests is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, preparing and stocking cooking stations, and plating according to company standards.

• Prepare the kitchen and station before service.
• Prepare, marinate, chop and pre-cook all food ready for service.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, plating specifications and presentation to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Replenish all items as necessary throughout the shift.
• Clean, disinfect and maintain the section and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Maintain and use all equipment correctly.
• Assist with deep cleaning, disinfecting and organizing the kitchen, corridors and storeroom to achieve an impeccable working environment.
• Attend regular team meetings to be informed of any changes to the menu or service, as well as daily tastings.
• Supervise, guide and train others when necessary.
• Support the team when necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with the team, treating everyone with kindness and respect.
• Approach the role professionally, setting an example to others in terms of appearance, discipline and conduct.

• Must be able to grasp, grip, turn and hold objects with the hand
• Able to work standing up for at least 8 hours
• Occasionally kneel, crouch, bend and climb as necessary
