We are looking for a person for the position of Corporate HR Controller  to join the Human Resources team. What you'll do

The mission of the position is to ensure that the Human Resources area's policies, processes, and decisions are aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of the organization, through the analysis, control, and reporting of key data related to talent management.

This role acts as a key link between human resources, accounting, and business requirements, ensuring transparency and accuracy in cost control and personnel forecasting, as well as providing support in compensation and benefits management.

  • Act as a link between human resources, accounting, and business functions, addressing HR control, personnel cost forecasting, and payroll supervision topics.

  • Control compliance with the business plan regarding personnel costs and global projections.

  • Report personnel costs to management, the HR team, company areas, and external collaborators.

  • Analyze the organizational structure and propose adjustments according to strategic priorities.

  • Be the first point of contact for the HR team and other stakeholders, coordinating and improving global HR planning and forecasting processes.

  • Analyze HC ratios, revenue, and costs, comparing them with the main players in the sector.

  • Supervise and analyze personnel cost trends, ensuring transparency in comparison with the budget and forecasts.

  • Generate high-quality management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.

  • Collaborate in the improvement of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company policies.

  • Analyze and break down labor costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

  • Identify cost reduction areas, such as benefits optimization or salary restructuring.

  • Collaborate in the analysis of HR KPIs (hires, terminations, performance, turnover, etc.).
