V.I.E Electrical Functional Support Engineer

We are looking to integrate two electrical functional support engineer profiles with a good level of English for a project in the aeronautics sector.

Experience in functional support for users, technical writing skills, a C1 level in English, and an orientation toward incident resolution are required. Experience in engineering environments, PLM, and knowledge of the SEE Electrical suite (IGE+XAO) are particularly sought after.

The position will be based in Spain, with the possibility of remote work.

• Ability to quickly assimilate technical tools and master their functional uses
• Proven experience in supporting and assisting users, both on technical and functional aspects
• Excellent writing skills for creating procedures, user guides, and training materials
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and professional email communication
• English level allowing effective written communication in an international context
• Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
• Ability to analyze and solve complex issues with pragmatism and autonomy

Nous cherchons à intégrer deux profils d'ingénieur en support fonctionnel électrique avec un bon niveau d'anglais pour un projet dans le secteur de l'aéronautique.

Une expérience en support fonctionnel pour les utilisateurs, des compétences en rédaction technique, un niveau C1 en anglais et une orientation vers la résolution d'incidents sont requises. L'expérience en environnements d'ingénierie, PLM et la connaissance de la suite SEE Electrical (IGE+XAO) sont particulièrement recherchées.

Le poste sera basé en Espagne, avec la possibilité de faire du télétravail.

• Aptitude à assimiler rapidement les outils techniques et à en maîtriser les usages fonctionnels
• Expérience confirmée dans l’accompagnement et le support aux utilisateurs, tant sur les aspects techniques que fonctionnels
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles pour la création de procédures, de guides utilisateurs et de supports de formation
• Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office et des échanges professionnels par e-mail
• Niveau d’anglais permettant une communication écrite efficace dans un contexte international
