For our People department, we are looking to bring in a student or recent graduate to support the Corporate Development (La Academia) and People Experience teams. What you'll do

  • Support in the creation and design of training materials (presentations, interactive guides, digital content).

  • Participate in the design and execution of internal communication campaigns and the promotion of activities for the team.

  • Support in the creation and layout of content for internal channels (magazines, communications, newsletters).

  • Collaborate in the organization of internal events that boost Sprinter's employer brand.

  • Collaborate in the planning, organization and logistics of training activities (on-site and virtual).

  • Management of access, user registrations/deregistrations and resolution of basic incidents on our online training platform

  • Organization and management of on-site or virtual training spaces (bookings, calls, attendance, logistics).
