About the role

What you'll do

  • Graphic Design and Content Creation: you will support the internal communications team in developing graphic and audiovisual material, also collaborating in organizing corporate events and social projects to boost the company culture.

  • Marketing Media (E-commerce): you will assist the media team in planning, executing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns on digital channels, analyzing KPIs and generating performance reports to maximize return on investment and brand reach.

  • Selection and Recruitment: you will support the Talent area in the full recruitment cycle for offices and stores, from posting vacancies and screening CVs to managing interviews, requesting references and organizing the company's onboarding processes.

  • Management Assistance: you will support the Brand Retail Experience team in conceptualizing and designing physical spaces and omnichannel experiences, combining architectural and digital solutions to optimize customer touchpoints in stores and events.

  • Database & Reporting: you will support the Expansion department in managing and updating contractual databases at group level, using the Lucernex system to track leases and prepare strategic reports on the progress of store openings and refurbishments.

  • Personal Assistant: you will support the Executive Assistant in daily administrative management, handling expense control, organizing schedules and preparing meeting spaces to facilitate the operational running of the company's senior management.

  • Administrative and Commercial Support for Stores: you will provide support in managing invoicing and order control using Excel, collaborating in preparing budgets and in commercial prospecting with clubs and organizations to boost the company's sales and special services.

  • Buying: you will support the Purchasing team to ensure products and services are sourced correctly and on time, following up on every process and contributing to the smooth running of the commercial operation.
