The role

🌍 Would you like to be part of important international congresses and experience them from the inside?

At Staff Global Group, we are selecting male and female stewards to work at different professional congresses that will be held at Fira Barcelona, from November 2 to 4, 2026.

We are looking for dynamic, resourceful people with people skills, ease of communication, and a good level of English, who are eager to be part of our team at major events.

What you'll do

  • Attention and information for attendees.
  • Reception and orientation within the venue.
  • Access control and accreditation.
  • Accompanying attendees and speakers.
  • Support in rooms and different spaces of the congress.
  • Resolution of basic doubts and incidents.
  • General support to the event organization.

How you'll work

Fira Barcelona Gran Via

We have different positions available for two important congresses:

  • Training: Friday, October 30.
  • Event: Monday, November 2, Tuesday, November 3, and Wednesday, November 4.
  • Training: Saturday, October 31.

We have different positions and staffing needs available.

Specific schedules will be communicated during the selection process.

⚠️ If you have full availability, only mornings, only afternoons, or specific schedules, you can indicate this in the questions of the registration form so that we can evaluate your candidacy according to the needs of each service.

📄 Permanent seasonal contract.

Uniform

The required uniform will be communicated to the selected candidates.
