This is a management position in the transport area, in which you will have to manage a team of people with the objective of knowing, monitoring, and communicating objectives, as well as identifying and developing the competencies of the collaborators.

What you'll do

Manage the operational Dock activity by directing the entry and dispatch/loading of goods, with adequate coordination of processes with the transport and service areas.
Creating shift schedules for subsequent approval by the Manager.
Ensuring proper integration (welcome, training, support) of new team members.
Reporting all activity indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
Team management (absenteeism, contract renewals, staff requests, promotion proposals, etc.).
