The role

We are looking for a social educator for the night shift of a center for unaccompanied migrant youth in Piera (Anoia).

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in the development of the individual educational program.

  • Promote and encourage hygienic, dietary, health, and study habits.

  • Enhance social skills to favor personal and social autonomy.

  • Promote the cohesion and integration of the adolescent group, through group techniques and strategies.

  • Detect, prevent, and intervene in conflict situations.

  • Accompany the child and the adolescent in the management of accessibility to training in the different school and educational stages.

  • Other functions derived from the service in relation to the reference family, with the institution, with the environment, and with the educational team.

  • Working day: 38.5h/week.

  • Schedule: Night shift

  • Salary: €2,239 gross monthly + night shift and/or weekend bonuses.
