The role

Junior Inbound Sales Representative - Spanish Market

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound leads from Spanish merchants via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them from first contact through to activation
  • Run product demonstrations and use value-based selling to match merchants with the right SumUp solution
  • Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call, while maintaining a high standard of conversation quality
  • Track pipeline, log activity, and manage leads accurately in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners in Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience

You'll be great for this role if...

  • You have experience in a sales environment, ideally inbound or telesales, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
  • You're comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based role where resilience and a positive attitude make all the difference.
  • You speak Spanish at a native or near-native level, with solid English for internal communication.
  • You have strong organisational habits, particularly when it comes to pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • You bring a coachable, team-first mindset with a genuine drive to build a career in sales.
