What we're looking for

What will help you get off to a good start:

Previous experience in purchasing management, logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management: this will allow you to master procurement cycles and supplier management with ease.
Negotiation skills: this will be your key tool to achieve beneficial agreements and long-term relationships.
A decisive, proactive profile oriented toward detail.

Nice to have

You are accustomed to using ERP tools: experience with SAP or Oracle ERP, S/4HANA, and Power BI is essential.
Advanced level of Excel.
Minimum English B2 (C1/C2 valued).

Education & certifications

Supplier management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, stock control, and use of management software (ERP).

The role

If you are passionate about strategic management and are looking for an environment where your negotiation skills have a real impact, this is the place for you. You will join a dynamic team where efficiency and quality are the daily priority.

Your mission will be to optimize the supply chain, ensuring that we have the best resources at the right time and under the best possible conditions.

What you'll do

Creation and management of purchase orders for the Supply Chain area.
Procurement and monitoring of orders with European suppliers.
Coordination with factories to control manufacturing and delivery deadlines.
Monitoring of open orders and incident management.
Constant communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Participation in escalation meetings to resolve delays and supply issues.
Preparing reports and data analysis using Excel.
Collaboration in continuous improvement projects.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 h and intensive 6-hour Fridays.
Renewable monthly contract with a forecast of 6 to 12 months.
