Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central or other financial ERPs will be valued.
English level sufficient to communicate with international customers, suppliers, or subsidiaries.
Good command of Excel.
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, or related areas.
Experience in international environments.
Knowledge of accounting reconciliation.
Experience in treasury and banking operations.
Experience in collections management and customer risk.

Management of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliation, invoicing, and use of office tools/ERP.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Schedule:Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 h to 17:00 h, and Friday, from 8:00 h to 14:45 h, with flexibility in start and end times.
Teleworking: Possibility to telework two afternoons during the week from Monday to Thursday, and during the Friday workday, once the first 2-3 months have passed.
Contract: Initially 3 months via ETT + transition to permanent staff with an Indefinite contract.
Salary:between €25,000 and €35,000 gross per year

We are looking to bring professionals into the Administration and Finance department to reinforce the Accounts Receivable (Customers) and Accounts Payable / Treasury (Suppliers and Banks) areas. If you have experience in any of these areas and want to be part of an international and dynamic environment, we would like to meet you.

What you'll do

Depending on your experience, you will participate in one or several of the following functions:

Management of invoicing and credit notes.
Recording and reconciliation of collections.
Monitoring and collection of overdue balances.
Resolution of invoicing and collection issues.
Review of customer risk and credit limits.
Management of documentation related to unpaid invoices and credit insurance.
Management and monitoring of national and international payments.
Control of due dates and payment terms.
Bank reconciliations.
Monitoring of bank positions and treasury movements.
Preparation and updating of collection and payment forecasts.
Management of issues with financial institutions and support in banking operations.

Additionally: Support in monthly accounting closings. Preparation of documentation for audits. Coordination with other departments and subsidiaries.
