The role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our Barcelona offices.

What you'll do

Carry out comprehensive monitoring of assigned projects, controlling planning, quality, and costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards at all times.
Coordinate the external and internal teams involved in each project and ensure their proper alignment throughout all phases.
Approve and validate executive projects, ensuring proper coordination among the different technical specialties.
Supervise construction work through periodic site visits, verifying progress, quality, and conformity with the project design.
Prepare periodic reports for the area manager, keeping all relevant project information up to date.
Manage and resolve unforeseen issues that may arise during the execution of the construction work.
Draft meeting minutes and technical reports required for project monitoring and document control.
Carry out the final technical compilation and commissioning, ensuring the proper handover of the project for its start-up.
