Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our Barcelona offices.

• Carry out comprehensive monitoring of assigned projects, controlling planning, quality, and costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards at all times.
• Coordinate the external and internal teams involved in each project and ensure their proper alignment throughout all phases.
• Approve and validate executive projects, ensuring proper coordination among the different technical specialties.
• Supervise construction work through periodic site visits, verifying progress, quality, and conformity with the project design.
• Prepare periodic reports for the area manager, keeping all relevant project information up to date.
• Manage and resolve unforeseen issues that may arise during the execution of the construction work.
• Draft meeting minutes and technical reports required for project monitoring and document control.
• Carry out the final technical compilation and commissioning, ensuring the proper handover of the project for its start-up.

• Education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience in construction work execution within a construction company or in supporting construction management.
• Experience in hotel projects.

Buscamos un/a Project Manager de obras para nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.

• Llevar el seguimiento integral de los proyectos asignados, controlando la planificación, la calidad y los costes, y asegurando en todo momento el cumplimiento de los estándares de la compañía.
• Coordinar a los equipos externos e internos implicados en cada proyecto y asegurar su correcta alineación durante todas las fases.
• Aprobar y validar los proyectos ejecutivos, garantizando la correcta coordinación entre las diferentes especialidades técnicas.
• Supervisar la ejecución de obra mediante visitas periódicas, verificando el avance, la calidad y la adecuación a lo proyectado.
• Elaborar reportes periódicos al responsable de área, manteniendo actualizada toda la información relevante del proyecto.
• Gestionar y resolver los imprevistos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución de la obra.
• Redactar actas e informes técnicos necesarios para el seguimiento y control documental del proyecto.
• Realizar la compilación técnica final y el commissioning, asegurando la correcta entrega del proyecto para su puesta en funcionamiento.

• Formación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o similar.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Experiencia en ejecución de obra dentro de constructora o apoyo en dirección de obra.
• Experiencia en proyectos hoteleros.
