🎯 ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
We are currently looking for a person with experience as a Project Manager whose main mission will be to control and supervise the execution of new openings and renovations of our own and franchised restaurants of our catering brands
Among their main functions, the following stand out:
Study and evaluation of the technical feasibility of owned premises with the objective of verifying that they comply with internal and administrative requirements, ensuring an incident-free implementation and the obtaining of the corresponding permits and licenses.
Capex proposal for works for owned units and franchises that allows for the creation of Site Packages and provides information to the company/franchisee regarding the cost of investments for their forecasting in budgets.
Commissioning and reviewing engineering projects in order to ensure compliance with legislation and the on-time implementation of the assigned Brands.
Review of offers and budgets, as well as the preparation of comparative analyses in order to offer the Purchasing Dept information that helps in their decision-making for the awarding of the project.
Planning and control of the execution of the construction project, coordinating internal departments and external teams, ensuring the delivery of the work on time, compliance with quality standards, and the adjustment of costs to the planned budget.
Control and monitoring of Capex during all phases of the project, making necessary adjustments in the face of unforeseen problems or complications and adapting line items in order to meet the established budget while guaranteeing maximum quality.
Temporary contract to cover a paternity leave of approximately 6 months in duration.
