Your role is crucial because you will be the visible face of Synergym for many of our members.

What will you be in charge of as a Trainer?

- Conducting Group Classes: You will prepare and lead various activities: Boompa, Flow, Zumdance, and Rumble, among others.

- Personalized Attention to Members: You will offer individualized or floor-based advice, helping members establish and achieve their fitness goals through personalized plans and continuous support.

+ Continuous schedule and stability: You will have continuous schedules that allow for better personal and professional organization, avoiding the traditional split shifts of the sector.
